KNUST Is Trending: How Students Reacted to ‘Change in Grading System’ Rumours on Social Media

Later this week, KNUST students woke up to rumours making ways on various social media platforms that KNUST will from 2018/2019 academic year start grading students with the Grade Point Average (GPA) system instead of their usual Cumulated Weighted Average (CWA) system that has being used to grade students over the years.

Even though, authorities have debunked those rumours.

The rumour shook social media to its core with several comments indicating how tensed most students are, especially when they realised that one will require 75.00 and above to obtain first class.

Here are some of the comments and tweets on social media.
