Tho education is segregate to be the success of many and due to this reason many of us pursue to be in higher colleges and Universities, the tension and earnestness in most students in another way round compose them draw a blank of living a healthy lifestyle in their various campuses, we can catch up our goals getting the first class honorary degrees at the end of the stipulated time but will be combatting with diseases after completion. To ward off this hurdle, the following tips must be recognized:
The topmost is adhering to taking in proper diet which is well balanced and enrinched with essential nutrients which the body needs. Eating a balanced diet is for our own good to enable the body gain enough energy and nutrients like protein, essential fats, vitamins and minerals to enhance growth and good functionality of the body avoiding a healthy diets relates to catching up illness and disability diseases like stroke, coronary heart diseases, hypertension, obesity, diabetes etc.
Regular exercising of the body to maintain physical fitness and overall health and wellness. Paying heed to our bodies helps us in diverse ways such as increasing growth and development, preventing aging, strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system and also to release stress and occupy us with enough happiness. As students, the popular trend of exercises can be jogging, weight training, brisk walking, playing tennis, long slow distance training etc. can be done daily.
Having enough sleep is very essential as a student because it helps in protecting your physical and mental health, quality of life and personal safety, research suggests that the human body needs at least 7 to 8 hours at night to get rested. Not having enough sleep can cause a great harm to us as students which can end up sleeping at the lecture halls, excessive daytime sleepiness, tiredness and lethargy, anxiety and depression which can affect our studies, poor memory and difficulty focussing in our daily activities.
Keeping hands washed regular is one of the most important part that needs to be noted. It leads us to avoid getting sick and spreading germs to others. Many germs are spread by not washing our hands regularly due to various handshakes in and around campus.
Taking in lots of water to keep the body hydrated to improving physical performance during exercise or high heat. Regular intake of water helps to relieve constipation to make it easy passing stool, treat kidney issues, increase weight loss, prevent hangovers, boost skin health and beauty, regulate the temperature if the body. But water taken into the body must be clean and devoid of germs.
Regular check up exams and tests can help find problems before they start. They also can help find problems early, when your chances for treatment and cure are better. By getting the right health services, screenings, and treatments, you are taking steps that help your chances for living a longer, healthier life. Your age, health and family history, lifestyle choices (i.e. what you eat, how active you are, whether you smoke), and other important factors impact what and how often you need healthcare.
I hope when all these are applied our health will be stable and we will all run out good in our various campuses because the world needs us more than we need it.
