NSMQ 2019: AUGUSCO outclasses PRESEC and PERSCO to win title

Before the grand finale PRESEC was trending with “LetsTalkAbout6“, St Peter’s said it’s a “back to back” for them and St. Augustine College were confident of ending a 12 years drought and after the contest a bragging right was won and the ultimate trophy winner decided in a fierce contest.

St. Augustine’s College have emerged the winners of the 2019 National Science and Maths Quiz after upstaging five-time record champions Presbyterian Boys’ Secondary School, Legon and three-time winners St. Peter’s Secondary School, Nkwatia in the final.

Augusco’s victory in Thursday’s final ended a 12-year trophy drought at the NSMQ and saw them add another title to their only win back in 2007.
